The Brazilian coffee is Kaffa's most ordered coffee, and after drinking it, I understand why.
It's mild, smooth, and naturally sweet enough that adding cream or sugar would feel like bringing a chainsaw to a butter knife fight.
The flavour is approachable without being boring, although personally, I prefer a coffee with a little more backbone. This one doesn't come out swinging. It politely introduces itself, makes itself comfortable, and waits for you to decide how much you like it.
For people who prefer a smoother, sweeter cup, this is an easy recommendation.
For someone like me, who likes my coffee as black as my soul and with enough personality to question my life choices, I'd probably reach for one of Kaffa's bolder roasts next time.
