The Elderflower Gin Sour walked into the room looking like it had its shit together.
Floral, bright, refreshing, and just sweet enough to keep things interesting without turning into liquid perfume.
The flavour profile works. The presentation just needs a little help catching up.
I'd serve this one over ice and throw a freeze dried raspberry or blueberry on top. Something small, colourful, and slightly ridiculous. The kind of garnish that makes you take a picture before you remember you're supposed to drink the damn thing.
I'd also serve a straw on the side. Not because the drink needs one, but because giving people the option makes sense.
The drink itself is solid. The presentation is where I think Kaffa could squeeze a little more out of it.
