Cachaça (pronounced kuh-SHA-suh), Licor 43, mango pulp, lime juice, coconut milk
If Orange Julius started making cocktails, this would be on the menu.
It's thick.
Not "I need a spoon" thick, but definitely thicker than you'd expect from something served in a cocktail glass. If liquids had a waistline, this one skipped leg day and went straight to powerlifting.
The Licor 43 brings its signature vanilla and citrus sweetness, while the cachaça adds just enough grassy funk to remind you this isn't just an adult smoothie. The mango and coconut milk make it rich and creamy, and the lime keeps everything from tipping into milkshake territory.
Despite everything happening in the glass, it's remarkably balanced.
The first sip immediately transported me back to drinking Orange Julius in the food court as a kid, except this version comes with enough booze to make you forget your mom just spent $80 at Sears.
